Scope of Work

Completed all required site work for two new stores under extremely tight schedules and poor soil conditions including: moving 200,000 cu. yd. of earth, 480,000 sq. ft. of asphalt pavement, 110,000 sq. ft. of 7″ thick reinforced concrete pavement, 12,000 sq. ft. of modular block retaining walls, 5,400 ft. of watermain with two steel fire protection tanks, 1,200 ft. of sanitary sewer piping, and 9,500 ft. of new storm drainage. At the Amsterdam site, an 18 ft. deep, 220 ft. long, 30 ft. wide and 8 ft. high NYS DEC mandated sand filter was installed to purify the storm drainage prior to being discharged into Bunn Creek.
