Scope of Work

The project includes performing 6,160 CY of onsite cut to fill, the removal of the existing track and football/soccer field, the reconditioning of the existing baseball/softball infield and the installation of the following:

• 3,210 LF of storm drainage with 18 structures,
• 1 subsurface detention system with 48″ pipe,
• 8,065 LF of under drain pipe,
• 63,846 SF of new synthetic running track,
• 1,312 LF of slot drain with 8 basins,
• 31,875 SF of new tennis courts,
• 5 sets of championship tennis posts & nets,
• 187,000 SF of artificial turf (one combined football/soccer field and one combined baseball/softball field),
• 1,285 LF of elastic curb turf anchor,
• 2 football/soccer rotating goal posts,
• 2 sets of football foul poles,
• 8 dugouts and the removal & reinstallation of 2 backstops,
• 4 sets of baseball bases and pitching mounds,
• 1 discus throw ring with concrete pad,
• 2 sand pits with coverledges,
• 6 long/triple jump take off boards,
• 2 pole vault boxes,
• 1 shot put throw ring & shot put tow board with depressed pad,
• 1 steeple chase,
• 5,500 LF of chain link fence with 29 single swing gates & 11 double swing gates, and
• new heavy duty all aluminum bleachers and polyboard team benches.
