Eastwyck Village Apartments

Scope of Work

The project required the clearing & grubbing of 12 acres, performing 115,000 cubic yards of onsite cut to fill, excavation and backfill of the buildings foundations and the installation of subbase for the buildings slabs, furnish and install 12,315 square feet of modular block retaining walls, excavate and backfill for 1,600 feet of electric, gas, and telephone conduits, furnish and install 3,290 feet of water main (including a bore beneath NYS Rt. 43), 3,155 feet of sanitary sewer (including precast structures and a bore beneath NYS Rt. 43), 1,860 feet of storm sewer (including precast storm structures and settlement ponds), 11,222 square yard of roads and/or parking lots, furnish and install concrete sidewalk, curb, and light pole bases, and 815 feet of standard wood beam guiderail.
