Scope of Work
Removed and replaced all deteriorated asphalt pavement, created new asphalt parking areas, poured all new concrete curb & sidewalks, replaced chain link fences, installed a new 40 ft. tall baseball backstop, new grandstands and press box. Installed 4,000 ft. of new storm drainage at both schools as well as three underground storm water storage systems. Regrading of two athletic fields was completed with new sod and an irrigation system was installed on one of the fields. In lieu of replacing the existing massive playground structure, a spray polyurea system was used to encapsulate, protect and preserve the wood. Completed all sitework for a new bus garage facility which included moving 124,000 cu. yd. of earth in order to construct the facility. CFI was also responsible for installing the new utilities to the building inclusive of: 3,000 ft. of new storm sewer, 4,000 ft. of new 10″ PVC water main, and 2,500 ft. of new sanitary sewer.
