Scope of Work

The work entailed removing and replacing the existing asphalt pavement and expanding the parking lots for a total of 88,000 sq. ft. of asphalt surface, forming and pouring new concrete curb & sidewalks, making repairs to the existing sanitary sewer system, replacing the existing watermain system, furnishing 4,000 ft. of new storm drainage to resolve the ground water problems, and replacing the existing playgrounds.
